Subacromial bursitis

Do you experience pain in your shoulder which gets worse when lying on it at night, when making circular arm movements or lifting your arm to push open a door? You could have subacromial bursitis. There are simple measures you can take to improve this by limiting overhead activity where possible, gentle shoulder stretches and having good posture.
